At Creative Hands Photography, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that result in the need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We have established the following cancellation policy to ensure a fair and consistent experience for all clients:

Standard Policies:

 1. A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required for all appointment reservations. This deposit must be paid at the time of booking to secure your session and will be applied to final payment at the time of your session.

 

2. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a 48-hour notice. In such cases, you may reschedule the canceled appointment and apply the original deposit to the new appointment. Cancellation under 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

 

3. Please note that our studio has space limitations, allowing for a maximum of 2 additional people to be present during each session. This ensures a comfortable and efficient photography experience for everyone involved.

 

4. Each of our packages includes a set number of photos. It is essential for us  to fulfill this contracted obligation during the session therefore distractions must be limtied . Additional photos can be purchased for an additional cost..

 

5. We reserve the right to cancel a session and retain the deposit for the following reasons:

                  1. Tardiness exceeding 1 hour: Please arrive on time to your scheduled session to avoid disruptions to our schedule and inconvenience to other clients.

                  2. Inappropriate behavior: We maintain a respectful and professional environment. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or disrespectful towards staff, production space or other clients will result in the cancellation of the session and the retention of the deposit.

                  3. Unruly customers: Our photography sessions are conducted in a safe and controlled manner. Individuals who are unruly, excessively disruptive, or pose a safety risk will have their session canceled, and the deposit will be retained.

 

6. All images will be delivered to you through a personal online gallery upon completion of our retouching and editing process. We strive to complete this process within 7-14 days. However, please understand that in rare cases, it may take up to a maximum of 30 days. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

Refund Policy:

refunds will not be issued unless we are unable to uphold the contractual obligation as agreed upon in the session package. (i.e insuffifent photo quantity, album release exceeds 30 days, etc). Not liking photos is NOT grounds for a refund; however  we may offer a reshoot of the same subject with the same package at little to no charge if we have not captured the intended creative expression within the images. 

 

Milege Policy:

All Session (excluding mini sessions) have the option to be in studio, in home or on location. All In-Home and on- location photo sessions will incur an additional  $40 convenience up-charge. Standard travel is within a 30 mile radius of my studio location; On the  31st mile an additional $5 fee will be added and will recur  every subsequent  6 miles. After 61 miles the total  fee will be $100. Travel limit is capped at 85 miles from the studio location. All mileage fees are calculated based on the fastest route to include toll routes  and using  a single  leg of  travel (NOT ROUND TRIP).

 

30 Miles or less=$40

31-36 Miles=$45

 37-42 Miles=$50

43-48 Miles= $55

49-54 Miles= $60

55-60 Miles= $65

61 Miles+=$100 

Travel limit (85 Miles Max)
